It has left no stone unturned and has made a mark by creating a 162 year legacy.
Aditya Birla group has created impact in my life by being involved in every small activity of my life. It’s fair to say now that there’s Aditya Birla in every atom of our lives, it’s so vast. The house that I live in has the cement of ULTRATECH , the clothes that I wear be it PANTALOONS or FOREVER 21, the hand bag (TED BAKER ) that I carry and infact, the food that I carry inside that bag is covered by aluminum foil (HINDALCOFRESHWRAP) which is by Aditya Birla group.
Apart from appreciating how much it has aided my living for better. I appreciate the vision of the group to give back to the society. With its educational institutions like Aditya Bal Vidya Mandir and Balwadis, to its self-help groups to empower women. It also gives scholarships to studentslike scholarship to MBA students. From everyday use things like wrapping foil to high end fashion brands like Ted Baker, Louis Phillip and Allen Sollyto construction material. It covers cornerstones of all the areas. More than this, the generosity of the group is something which I'm much impressed about, to uplift the women and children. Aditya birla group has schools under it, Kumar Manglam World School. It aims at uplifting the women with its various schemes and social groups.
With such a strong vision and a strong ethos of compassion, dedication and generosity you can’t just help but appreciate the group which has come a long way and become such a huge part of the society. And the with its strong ethos it will continue to touch everybody's lives uniquely.
How I overcome challenges that life throws at me?
Life is no piece of cake. It's the person who can overcome those challenge who tastes success and achieves their ambition. Even I had to face some challenges to come till here in my life. It was a major decision of my life to quit my job at Earnest and Young, where I faced a lot of problems and challenges due to non-cooperating Seniors. Then I made up my mind and was determined to start studying for my MBA. I had already dropped one year, and my parents had lost hope that MBA is on plates for me.
To leave the job and start studying for MBA on my own again was a major leap of faith for me. I took this challenge and learnt one thing in life that never loose faith no matter what, things will fall in line. I did not leave any stone.
