Aditya Birla Group is the third-largest private India company. It is a multinational conglomerate, operating in metals, cement, viscose filament yarn, branded apparel, chemicals, fertilizers, insulators, financial services, telecom, BPO, and IT services. Aditya Birla Group has always been part of my life and always will be.
Firstly, Aditya Birla Group the largest producer of cement in India. The Group owns Ultratech Cement and Grasim India. Whenever there is construction going, somebody is building or rebuilding anything the first cement that comes to mind is always Ultratech. I have also used the cement in my homes, building it and also while renovating it. I trust Ultratech Brand only. It seems like it will remain at the top for a long time.
Secondly, Aditya Birla Capital (ABC) is the financial services business of the Aditya Birla Group. It ranks among top 5 fund managers in India having a strong presence in life insurance, asset and wealth management, money lending and much more. I have two SIPs in ABC’s mutual funds and it is showing quite positive return even. The funds are managed by a professional who has helped my money grow and there are many options to choose from also.
Next, Pantaloons is a fashion retail store, owned by the Aditya Birla Group. It deals in branded clothes of both menswear and womenswear. I was very happy when the Pantaloons store opened in my town. I usually go to Pantaloons store for shopping. A quite good variety is available at the stores. One can select according to his liking.
To add to that, the telecom company Vodafone Idea became the largest telecom brand in India when Idea and Vodafone merged. I still use the idea sim. Its services are very good and faster too. I am very much impressed by Vodafone Idea and it is improving day by day.
Lastly, Hindalco Industries Ltd is another company the group owns. It is the biggest producer of Copper and also produces Aluminium foils and fertilizers. I have many times used the Freshwrapp Aluminium foils, which is Hindalco’s subsidiary. The Aluminium and copper products by Hindalco are used by me now and then.
To summarize, Aditya Birla Group is a very big part of my life. It keeps improving my life in seen and unseen ways. Aditya Birla Group has helped me with Ultratech Cement, AB Capital, Pantaloons, Vodafone Idea, and Hindalco much more.
