Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life.

Aditya Birla Group has always been an integral component in my life. Starting from fulfilling my basic needs to my lavish demands, Aditya Birla had always been my go to brand. May it be the home I stay, my favored fashion brand, safety of roads and rails, may it be connecting me with the world by calls and internet, or may it be my favorite departmental outlet, there had always been a bit of ABGLP in my workaday life.

ABGLP has given me the best memories of my life. It was 2016. I had to give my first interview for a leading MNC. It had to be my best shot. I had to take up what they call The Power dressing. I went to the nearest Peter England outlet and got my first pair of business formal suit. I was super comfortable and confident. And Yes! I bagged that job. Since then, I had built a beautiful relationship with this brand. I always get a positive vibe, and in fact since that day Peter England is the brand I prefer the most.

Now I came up and asked my friends, why it is all the good brands need to be from foreign companies. My friend answered me with a smile, “It’s an Indian brand, which gives a super fight to foreign brands.” I googled the same. That’s when I realized ABGLP is representing India in a global stage. That’s where it proves its words “Taking India to the world”.

After joining my first job, I was advised to invest a bit of my earnings. I needed to be very sure where I am investing my hard earned money, and initially I was bit skeptical. And what can be more credible than investing in Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Funds. And my investing started from ABGLP. Once I started investing into Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Funds there was no looking back. I am always assured that my money is in safe hands.

Aditya Birla Group has always added meaning to my life and I am sure as time unfolds, it is going to add more and more values to my life.

How I overcame challenges to achieve my ambitions in life so far.

Challenges help you grow. I had always been passionate for pursuing MBA since my under graduation days. But I had to take up a job after my graduation because of family constraints. My dad’s business was not in a good position and I had to sustain my family for a living.

Pursuing MBA had always been in back of my mind. I had written CAT 2017, got a good score and interviewed for premier B-Schools of India but couldn’t convert any of those.

I felt dejected. I felt like my dreams got shattered into pieces. I thought I had wasted a year of preparation. I was not sure if I needed to give it another shot or continue with my present job. I had to take my call. One fine day, I realized I have one life, and I need to fulfill my goals, no matter what and how long it takes.

Everyone has passion and everyone struggles to get it. The only thing that differentiates between the one who has made it and who has not is Sacrifice. I started preparing for CAT 2018 from the scratch. I had to manage my office shifts with my classes and studies. I had to take care of my family. It was really tough managing time. I was a gym freak, but I had to trade of my exercise for studies. It was tough. I had to get out of my comfort zone, sacrifice a lot of things and I made peace with it. I had to study even harder along with my 12 hours a day office hours. Was it tough? Yes.

I cracked CAT, got good calls. Like last year I got a good score, got good calls. I stood at the same place where I stood exactly a year ago where I had lost the way. I was afraid what if like last year I would be rejected in the interview process again. This time I had to give the maximum effort. I cannot lose here again. I prepared for the interviews even more rigorously, updated myself with every possible piece of knowledge that could be grabbed and finally got a seat in the college I had always dreamed of, XIMB. So was all these sacrifice worth it? Absolutely!
