I have been a user of its services since a long time. It is the leading telecom service provider in India and second largest globally. As a user, I have been satisfied with the kind of service provided by the company. . The company has always provided me with superior voice and broadband connectivity.
Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited brings together the learnings and businesses of two renowned Indian fashion icons, Madura Fashion & Lifestyle and Pantaloons. Pantaloons has always been my favorite place to shop. I have been shopping from this store since my childhood. I have always identified with the kind of clothes sold under the brand.
I have had a long relationship with both these businesses of Aditya Birla Group and they have been a part of my life and have impacted my life in a huge way.

Just like a major group like Aditya Birla has to overcome multiple challenges to survive and manage its diverse businesses, humans too face multiple challenges on an everyday basis.
Challenges are a part and parcel of life. The important thing is to not let these challenges act as an obstruction in achieving our ambitions. I feel the biggest challenge, I have faced as a student is to stay committed to my ambitions and to perform all tasks with equal dedication and sincerity. The initial months at MBA College were extremely stressful and we had to handle multiple activities together. Some of these were completely out of my comfort zone. The biggest challenge was to perform all these activities with equal dedication and that required a lot of hard work and sincerity. I overcame this challenge by staying focused and disciplined and stepping out of my comfort zone. Even though, I have always been an inherently shy and reserved person, I started networking and talking to a lot of people on an everyday basis to perform all the assigned tasks.
This involved a major change in my personality and was extremely challenging. Only self motivation and drive enabled me to overcome this challenge. The only thing that drove me to overcome the challenge was the drive to achieve my ambition. In order to achieve your ambitions, your goals have to be clearly stated and a strict follow up is required.
