There, perhaps, never existed any dawn of success without the dense darkness of endless failures and hurdles. I call myself lucky to have faced innumerable failures before tasting the sweetness of success.
After I got into my first job at the age of 22, I was not very clear about the road ahead, I could not visualize a lucid image of myself in the corporate world. Months passed and I gradually learned to look at the larger landscape, I was slowly able to understand where I want to venture in, in this vast filed of opportunities. The next one year was not easy. It was filled with balancing, managing, learning and performing at my job and for the place I want to go, a good B-School. Initially, I did not believe, not because it was a daunting task to carry on studying for a competitive exam along with a job that required my attention for almost 24*7 a week, but because I was not sure of the gamble. I would be extremely honest in saying that, it was a blessing to be walking down the path and not being certain of the destination. It teaches you a lot in life when you learn to realize what you need to learn. The last few months appeared with lot of challenges in front of me, as it was a highly crucial time at the professional front and also my exam was approaching. The mantra that got me through at this juncture was to get going when it was the toughest.
