It has been 27 years and 5 months now since I have been on this planet. It has been a long, joyful journey, many things have been achieved and many experiences have been gained. I was born in a poor but, full of values family. Since childhood I have been told that whether you study or not, whether you become a successful person or not, the one thing that should always be with you is Honesty, Integrity and humility. We used to live in a small home. There was intermittent availability of electricity and water where I lived. But did these troubles stop me, HELL NO!! At school excelled the academics but was equally good in Extra and Co-curricular activities. I represented my school and state level Kho-Kho, volley ball, science Exhibition, bhangra dance at Independence Day, anything that I can participate in. And I was rewarded for the same. I was the head boy of the school in class Xth and secured Best Student of the Year award. Being a meritorious student, I managed to secure scholarship throughout my school life. All the hard work and efforts converted into success and I managed to secure first position in the class XII in all 3 sections. It was a proud moment for family and me. However, Due to my entire concentration on Board Examinations and unavailability of coaching, I was not able to secure admission to any good Engineering college. But did I give up on my dreams, HELL NO!! I prepared for a year to get admission to a good Engineering college. I managed to get admission to DCE. It was the most important achievement for me as it was perfectly aligned with my goals. However, I only secured 58% in my first year. I was disappointed and dejected but did that disappointment stopped me, HELL NO!!I secured 66%, 72% and 74% in the next three years and secured a placement through campus. After 5 years of experience in the Highway consulting, I thought of venturing in new domains to test my managerial skills. I gave CAT 2018 and converted IIM Calcutta and FMS and decided to join FMS. It has been tough for me to get back to studies after 5 years of Corporate life, but shall I quit it, HELL NO!!
