With less than a month for the Big Day, there are a lot of things that would be going through your mind. By this stage, everyone is more or less well versed with all the concepts and has taken a lot of practice tests in anticipation of getting better by the day. It is very natural if you have tried numerous strategies and are still trying out more. Moreover, it is even more natural if you are getting frustrated because your scores have stagnated or are even going down. The instinctive response to this situation is to start practicing more rigorously. But hold on. Here is the strategy I followed in the last mile (month) to the CAT.
I know that the CAT 2017 is right around the corner and you are very busy preparing for it (well, best of luck for that!), but there is something that I want to tell you. And I hope, you'll listen (don't worry, it's going to be a small post).
By this time, you would be in your final lag towards your CAT journey. All those midnight candles burnt, missed weekend parties, Television shows, lazy Sundays etc. would be back to you in less than a month! (at least temporarily until you begin your PI/GD preparations). Trust me, I have been there, and I know how exhausting this final phase is! You almost want to give up, but you know that you have done too much to give up right now.
With less than a month for the CAT exam to go, it is that time of the year when the preparation and advice will be at the peak just like the building pressure. But this is the time to go the smart way and keep aside the thick books and focus on giving more mocks and revising concepts rather than learning new.
