30 Days To CAT 2020 | Here's What You Need To Do To Maximise Your Score

There is just a month left for CAT 2020. Whether one is totally prepared, half prepared or not at all prepared, the emotional trauma is still on. Those students who have been getting good scores in the Mocks are as worried about the final outcome as the students who have been getting erratic scores! It is important to realize, that 30 days is a long time and one can easily improve marks (and therefore one’s percentile) in these 30 days too. However, it is also important to decide on where to concentrate your energies in the last 30 days!

An Arts Student's CAT Strategy, Journey To IIM A, Ft. Parul Gupta

An Arts Student's CAT Strategy, Journey To IIM A, Ft. Parul Gupta

Parul Gupta, a Psychology student from Delhi University, decided to pursue an MBA. As a fresher, studying at DU, Parul wrote CAT in 2018 for the first time, scoring a 99%ile in VA-RC. But her overall score was disappointing. Parul decided to re-attempt the CAT in 2019 and scored 97.2%ile. For a humanities student who was struggling with quant and needed rigorous prep for DI-LR, Parul managed to get interview calls from various b-schools including the top 6 IIMs as well XLRI, FMS and the baby IIMs. Her journey to IIM A and experience demonstrate that no matter your background, CAT is a test anyone can attempt and crack with practice and preparation. If you’re a psychology student planning to write CAT this year, check out this video. Especially if you’re someone who struggles with QA, this is a must watch for you.
