With the mission “To drive academic excellence using innovative teaching methods, promoting research and practice of sustainable leadership”, Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur the thirteenth IIM started in the year of 2011. Since then IIM Kashipur has joined the elite league of IIMs under the mentorship of IIM Lucknow, one of the reputed IIM to have the most rigorous MBA curriculum in the nation.
IIM Udaipur organises very interesting induction sessions each year for the incoming batch of freshers in the first week of their arrival here i.e. the orientation week. These sessions are fun and interactive which prove to be an amazing way of learning while play. Through these sessions, the students unaware of the b-school environment get to know about it and also get to know each other well. As we have a 250+ size of incoming batch every year and growing year on year, these activities prove to be very effective in building interpersonal relationships.
The Indian Institute of Management Kashipur is a new institute comparatively, when it comes to other premier B-school in our country and the institute is set up with the objective of providing quality management education towards the needs of the society.
It has been almost a week since I have joined IIM Kashipur and there is one thing that I can vouch is it the best campus amongst all the new IIMs and probably the second most beautiful campus after IIM Kozhikode.

For such an environment, I believe that the Indian Institute of Management, Kashipur is the best place. So, here I would highlight what makes our campus unique business school in India.
So it started when the CAP round results were declared. I was waitlisted in IIM Kashipur and some other IIMs. As an engineer from Electronics and Telecommunications background, I always tend to take decisions analytically. Right after the results, I plunged into the pool of information, surfing different articles on InsideIIM and asking questions on Quora and obviously analyzing the last year trends.
