Ms. Preeti Kaushik, Head of Planning, Van Heusen, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd took us through her 10-year journey at ABG which started even before she did her MBA with a stint as an engineer at Idea for 2 years from 2007 to 2009. While pursuing her MBA from IIM Lucknow, ABG again entered her life as she interned with the organization in 2010, doing market landscaping of the Acrylic Fiber global market in Bangkok which gave her the opportunity to go outside Indian shores for the first time. Her internship stint was very exciting as she got to learn market analytics and was exposed to a diverse workforce which included people of different nationalities.
Mr. Tejas Nandra, Management Trainee, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. walks us through his journey at ABFRL and tells us that how in just a short span of 2 months, the company has helped him gain a great deal of exposure. The 2017-19 batch alumnus of IMT Ghaziabad has a lot of knowledge and wisdom to impart upon his juniors, which he hoped will help them reach the zenith of success.

We had the utmost honor and pleasure of talking to Mr. Alok Sheth, Leadership Associate at ABG who detailed his path right from NIT Surat to XLRI which eventually led to ABG. He started with stating the reason he joined ABG in 2011 which was him wanting to gain as much exposure as possible across various businesses and verticals. He said that it has been a fabulous journey so far.
