For the Deloitte process, there was an eligibility of more than 24-month work experience. Deloitte visits our campus during the month of September for their Functional Consulting role which requires a good knowledge of finance/accounting basics along with various technical skills.
Being a Commerce graduate, I always had a proclivity for finance and accounting. Getting an internship from JP Morgan Chase & Co., one of the top investment banking firms was nothing less than a dream come true for me. I got selected for the internship through summer placements at our campus. The selection process comprised of a group discussion and an interview round.
