Have you ever visited a brick-and-mortar store, looked at the products on display, evaluated them and returned back home just to purchase them online at a much more attractive price? Shopkeepers are indeed trying hard to battle this buying behaviour, but are finding it difficult to succeed. If a customer can purchase branded electronics online at a price that is 4 percent lower than the traditional retailer’s cost price, brick-and-mortar stores definitely have a reason to be worried.

'IFIM Kanyathon 2015' – Annual 5 K Charity Run

IFIM in association with OXFAM India & S.A.F.E supports the cause to Save the Girl Child Bangalore, 8th March 2015 – IFIM Business School Bangalore, in association with OXFAM India & S.A.F.E (Students Against Female Exploitation), an organisation formed by the students of IFIM, is going to conduct a charity run for the cause: 'Save the Girl Child’ on 8th March Sunday morning at State Central Library Campus, Cubbon Park. The run will be flagged off at 6 30 am. The Guest of Honour is Mr.Ananth Kumar, Union Minister of Chemicals and Fertilizers and international paralympic swimmer Sharath Gayakwad will also be present. Kanyathon 2015 is one of its kind event as it is a fundraiser for a good cause being organized by students themselves, who promote social responsibility.
