Reminiscing the memories of a few months back at MDI Gurgaon, I still vividly remember the moment when I was selected for the coveted Young Leaders Program internship at Airtel. Time flew by really quickly. I had a lot of expectations from my internship, but the experience Airtel provided was much more than that. The primary idea of the Young Leaders Program is to nurture young talent and infuse leadership skills in them. I was really glad and excited about the opportunity and went in with full zeal to make the most of it.
My final review is tomorrow and I'm writing this blog atm. That tells you a lot about my excitement of revealing all the inside stories! JK.
A confident woman walked down the streets of “Chandigarh” with beads of perspiration down her face and determination in her mind. She isn’t the same person as two months ago. On April 5th, 2018, she was an anxious girl shaking in her room with her mind racing with plausible and seemingly implausible scenarios at a new location. That was me a few weeks ago and this is me today.
I have always firmly believed that the most confusing time of a person’s life is teenage. Hands and legs growing in weird proportions, voice suddenly becoming deep, and feelings seeping in for someone of the opposite gender. How can a human being deal with so many confusing developments in such a short time? Surely there cannot be anything more perplexing than this!

Let us all for a second entertain this thought that a college campus can be perfectly defined by the term organism. According to Google, an organism can be defined as a system or organisation consisting of interdependent parts, compared to a living being, now compare this to the scenic chaos at your colleges, don’t you all see the campus as reflection of your emotions, for instance, the placement season is on, you have resounding silence in the corridors, cometh the hour of college festival a magnetic pulse of energy, the hour of submission and worried frenzy, the place almost is an absorption tank of the collective Diaspora it dwells with, taking in the good and bad, and teaching lessons of survival and abundance in a breath.
