SIDTM Pune Placements 2025: Final & Summer Placement Highlights

SIDTM, Pune has concluded its placements season for the 2025 Graduating Batch. The final placements for the batch of 2023-25 saw the participation of legacy companies like Deloitte, EY, PwC, Grant Thornton, etc. The consulting domain recruited the majority of the batch, followed by IT. The highest CTC for the 2025 batch is at ₹29.04 LPA while the average CTC is 13.2 LPA. Students forming the top 25% of the batch received an average salary of 20.02 LPA. SPJIMR Placements 2025: Average Salary 32 LPA & International Package 89 LPA

The 2023-2025 SPJIMR batch received 100% placements, with an average CTC of 32 lakhs. 86 companies made offers to 336 PGDM and PGDM (BM) students, the largest batch size of the institute. About 53% of the batch received a CTC of Rs. 30 LPA, and over 90% received offers above Rs. 25 LPA. The median salary for the batch 2025 is Rs 30.50 LPA with a slight decrease of 3.17%
