We are delighted to inform you that Subham Sinha from TAS Summers Batch 2020 has been declared the National Winner of the coveted Business Standard Best B-School Projects Award. From 150+ entries and 100+ management schools across the country, Subham’s project titled, ‘Attrition Prediction Early Warning (RAG - Red Amber Green) Mode’ received a much deserved recognition. Subham will also receive a cash prize of INR 100,000, a trophy and a certificate as part of his winning experience. He interned with Tata AIG GIC during his TAS summer internship and initiated his project on categorising employees into 3 categories basis a range of high risk behaviour to low risk behaviour.
