Aditya Birla Group is one of the premium conglomerates with a clear focus on each business. Every morning we get up, and see the strong wall with UltraTech Birla cement which is not only Engineers choice, but ours too, and we have fresh fruits and vegetables waiting on our table whose shelf life has been extended because of Multi-5. Then you realize you have to get ready, you change from your comfort pantaloons night suit to the Vanheusen suits, call your colleague using your Idea Sim card, and get into your car whose tires are made using Carbon Black and that’s where we understand the roots of Aditya Birla.

Probably, I was also one of them, who didn’t have an idea about this group, but still I was using its products in my daily life. But, when I used Idea (one of its biggest products!!), I got the idea (Idea gave me an idea!!) about this group. The Idea sim card was issued to me by organization back in 2016. Using Idea has been really a great experience since that day. Its network connectivity is the factor which differentiates it from the other telecom providers. The speed of 4G network is incomparable and best part is that, it’s 4G connectivity is almost ubiquitous. I clearly remember that day, when me and my cousins went to attend a ceremony in a place, which was far from the urban area. So much fascination I built towards Idea that, I didn’t surrender my sim card when I left my organizing and I’m using it till date.
I had a fear of facing and meeting new people when I was in school. I used to feel shy in front of strangers which affected me in a negative way. I was not able to express my ideas in front of people because most of the time I used to get blank while trying to express something, I had a fear that people out there will judge me. Once my problem of not being able to communicate properly was noticed by my mother then I talked about my fear of communicating with others. My mother guided me to not to think overthink about being judged, and I personally noticed that most of the time no one judge in reality and moreover when they do so they do it for a moment and then they forget about it. So I stated communicating with more no. of people and accepted all my flaws and worked on them, taking all the criticism constructively. I participated in various quizzes and debate competition in school, won a few of them too. Started practicing my speech in front of mirror and friends too i started listening to the English news channels and cricket commentary to work on my articulation, read newspaper to improve my vocabulary. Later i became the head boy of my school and gave speech on various occasions, handled the footfall of about 1000 students in annual school fest. Became the leader of efficycle team representing our college in SAE India competition, where I had to represent the idea of our team in front of 50 other teams and various experts from industries.
