A six year old kid was visiting his village in the summer break 20 years ago. But the idea of meeting his cousins or grandparents was not exciting him. He was pretty much reluctant to spend more than a day there. Looking back at that time I wonder what made the difference. Now when that lad visit his village he is quite excited to experience something different from that mundane urban life.
I come from a small village in Haryana, and I studied in a hindi medium school up until I was in third grade. In fourth standard my parents sent me to a boarding school, that too an English medium one. I was more than excited to go to hostel.
People say girls dress to impress the world, but I say girls dress to feel confident about herself and give her best wherever she goes. ‘Aditya Birla Group’, a name so common, that it feels like home. When I was a little kid, waiting at the bus stop, for my school bus to come, my favorite part was to count the number of trucks that would go by with the rising sun logo of Aditya Birla Group. It was just a ritual of mine. The number of trucks never really made a difference, but the familiarity of the logo sure did.
