‘Aditya Birla Group’, a name so common, that it feels like home. When I was a little kid, waiting at the bus stop, for my school bus to come, my favorite part was to count the number of trucks that would go by with the rising sun logo of Aditya Birla Group. It was just a ritual of mine. The number of trucks never really made a difference, but the familiarity of the logo sure did.
Ever since then, everywhere I see that logo, be it at Pantaloons, or just the name on top of the bills from Forever 21 or Van Heusen, it brings a sense of security and assurance. In ways not so obvious, Aditya Birla Group makes new places feel so familiar with its ever-pervading presence.
Moving to Manipal, to come to TAPMI, seemed too big of a change, but seeing the same Hindalco superwrap, Vodafone signal and Ultratech cement bags comforted me. And suddenly it didn’t seem all that different. The other day I saw one of the rising sun logo trucks, I couldn’t help but smile. It brought back the happy memories of it from childhood.
Having been in the market for so long, Aditya Birla Group has always had this remarkable market presence that is seemingly everywhere, all with the amazing work it does in spheres uncountable. Its presence has made going to places for me so much easier. That is how big a part of me Aditya Birla Group is. Thank you, ABG!
