Time and tide passes by and the day of reckon always draws closer and closer. The day that one proves to the whole world what he is capable of achieving in life. Revising and the deciphering of questions that one had been taught both present and past becomes the act of the day. Almost all of us will have an ambition which leads to definite and a focused path. It varies from person to person. It is always dependent on the choice and interests that one would like to become. It also gives the meaning and purpose of life. It helps people to manage their knowledge and skills as to become experts in it.
In the process of learning from life experiences, we often come across challenges. Some sail through and some just lose hope. Be it a win or loss around overcoming challenges, intellectually it’s a win. Let me explain you, If you win, it’s a win. But if you lose then you actually end up gaining experience for lifetime which indirectly is a win. In my life, I have faced two major challenges; one being controlling my health issues and second being the professional life management. I would like to talk about only one.
At the age of 16, I was diagnosed with PCOS. I was 96kgs and suddenly my entire life was falling apart. Being called fat and body shamed, I started staying away from people. Days passed by and some inner voice asked me to push myself and I worked hard day and night. In a span of 5 months, from 96kgs I came to 76kgs. I was loving myself and overcame all health issues. That moment made me realise my inner strength and will power.
In the end I would like to say Challenges come to us on a daily basis. When something unexpected happens, we always have a choice about how to respond. Challenges can also be seen as opportunities to grow.
