Aditya Birla Group is one of biggest conglomerate of India. It started as a cotton trading company on 1857 to jute manufacturing company in around 1920s. Now it has diversified it’s business into almost every category. It offers wide range of products which varies from customer basic need like cloths to infrastructure development products like cement and aluminium while also covering for people by it’s insurance company and helping people by proding various finance services. Aditya Birla Group has made people feels it’s presence everywhere.
Having a strong hand in infrastructure products like cement and aluminium, ABG has contributed in developing India’s infrastructure. It also helped many sectors of the economy grow by providing products which were in demand. Soon after independence it expanded it’s business in various sectors from mainly manufacturing to service industry and garment industry. After 1991 LPG reforms the group started exploring foreign market and improved it services and product which were globally compatible. It helped in branding countries image while contributing to the economy of the country by exploring into different sectors. ABG plays a major role in employment generation in the country, shaping the countries future.
The ABG products are very closely related in my life, starting from the construction of my house to the cloths I wear in my day to day life and having insurance cover in Birla sun life insurance. My life has revolved around ABG product. I can still remember the smile I had on my face when I got my personal cell phone, that time I bought idea cellular as my first mobile connection operator. These products were attached to me as my part of life. But there were some products which I used without even knowing that it was from ABG. Companies like Peter England and Louis Philippe which I wear frequently belong to the group. There are many such products and services which the conglomerate provides via itself or by it’s subsidiaries. This products are in our daily life which make us feel good and comfortable. ABG has always worked in favor of customer satisfaction by providing them variety of products under different brand name targeting different market segment.
The best thing about life is it goes on irrespective of what all problems we face in various stages of life. We all have the tendency to over come every problem big or small. We find a way out of the situation unsuitable for us. From a very early stage of my life I got the idea of how challenges can tear you apart or make you better. When I was 14 years of age , I was the 12th man for U-14 state cricket team and I did not played a single match till in that whole tournament. That was the time when started putting more efforts with dedication and determination and the very next year at the age of 15 I represented my school in U-19 cricket tournament. But as I see it now it seems a small thing to me. But at that point of time I faced real heat. There are many such instance where I have proved myself by overcoming the challenges of life and focused on the main goal which I want to achieve in life. #GIM #ABGLP
