Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life:

It would be difficult to say when was the first time I was introduced to a product from Aditya Birla Group because Conglomerate is way older than myself and covers so many industries in India. But I remember my first purchase as a primary consumer of Idea sim back in 2011, yeah it's been a pretty long relationship. I was in Class XI and had bought that sim from the busy bustling lanes of Batla House (a neighborhood near Jamia University) if I recollect correctly it was an idea chit-chat gang pack. This pack was introduced to target youth who were fast adopting smartphones then. Technology makes our so much easier and we have become so used to it that we hardly give the credit it deserves I mean imagine the possibility of that high-speed internet brought us. Millennials (Gen Y) saw their parents wrote letters and how painstaking that could be and that time gap which existed between a letter and the reply is completely non-existent, I think it has impacted our social fabric and the way we form and maintain relationships within our social world. I myself have felt that without this connectivity I would have different sort of relationship with my family or with anybody with whom I couldn't connect with the click of a button. It helped us relive that closeness with people despite being a thousand miles away.

How have I made an impact:

I would not say 'impact' otherwise I would limit myself from making the real impact in the future. But certainly, I have what I need to get what I want. So far CAT and reaching IIM is major obstacle cleared on the way to a bigger impact. And it has certainly taught many significant lessons, and these are not a mere academic lesson but life lesson and I'm sure if implemented with dedication anything can be achieved. First and foremost is determination, just being true to yourself and putting in the number of hours for the tasks taken at hand. Second I and equally important would be identifying and improving upon your area, this will increase your chances substantially. And don't do this as one time process but as an ongoing process keep finding and improving. I cannot emphasize the importance of it any further. The third thing will you keep on the track i.e. resilience, your ability to bounce back and not give up until achieve. At last, I would like to add a little caution, do not follow anything blindly, question it, modify it and make it your own and it will work as your own plan.
