Diversity is one of the most important topics in OB. Being from a culturally diverse country, it becomes important to know and understand how and why the other person behaves in a certain way. OB might say diversity at the workplace but introducing diversity at a b-school makes you job-ready and helps you to not only communicate better but also makes you an efficient marketeer.
