Aditya Birla is an Indian Multinational Conglomerate founded in 1857. The company has various subsidiaries like Ultratech cement, Grasim Industries, Aditya Birla Capital, Pantaloons fashion and retail and many more. It is touching the lives of so many people and has captured the market in almost all domains. It has created an immense pool of job opportunities and simultaneously provided us with world-class services.

I am a fashion enthusiast. Good clothes provide me comfort and shopping is therapeutic for me. Pantaloons is the first place I land onto when I am looking for fashion that fits my purse. When Aditya Birla acquired the exclusive online and offline rights to American fast-fashion retailer, Forever 21 in India, they made every young fashion lovers’ dream come true including mine.

A decade back, not many people were into good clothes and fashion. But today the scenario is completely different. Today, people are investing heavily in clothes and there Aditya Birla plays a very important role in every customers’ life. The world is moving fast and we got to catch up with the pace. No one admires a winner who looks drab and shabby.ABG is big for me because it helps me stay confident and that is the only accessory I need to possess!

I was a bright student in school and a lot of people had great expectations from me. To realize my dream of becoming an Engineer I moved to Kota for JEE preparations. It was a challenge for me. I was not very confident of surviving alone in an alien land but I did not back out. I gave full efforts in the preparation but could not clear IIT JEE. I hold no regrets because my destiny sent me to Manipal Institute of Technolgy, Manipal, Karnataka that has given me the confidence and skills I possess today.

I got placed in a conglomerate like Aditya Birla Group i.e., Reliance Industries Ltd. It was a major milestone in my life. I got placed in Mumbai. The challenge this time was to thrive alone and live independently in one of the most expensive cities in our country. I am proud of myself for acing in the art of being self-sufficient.

After working for close to 2 years I took up the challenge of coming out of my comfort zone and pursue an MBA. It was a huge risk to leave a well-paying job but I went for it because I believe in the power of my dreams. I believe that I have a long way to go and I want to see myself attaining the heights I have set for myself.
