PART-A Why Aditya Birla Group is big in your life
It’s the first day at work on your job , you have to choose a dress for today, you open the wardrobe to see a crisp (Allen Solly) shirt and decide to wear that today. You walk to your nearest railway station to get a local train to work after reaching it, witness a huge crowd of people almost resembling crawling of ants and take a little bit of time to appreciate the strength of trains to hold all these people (Birla Copper). You decide to take a cab instead and take out your phone to book a cab but in the hustle bustle you drop your phone, but breathe a sigh of relief when you see the screen undamaged (Hindalco Aluminum). And book a cab which is a superfast process thanks to your internet connection (Idea). You leave in the cab and it starts raining heavily, you take a look at the car it seems old; strike a conversation with the driver, who reassures you that he just a few weeks ago installed new anti-skid and long lasting tyres which can definitely get you through these heavy rains safely (Birla Carbon), you chuckle a bit and retire on your seat to look out of the window, as you pass Bandra-Worli sea link(tonnes of Ultratech Cement used) you marvel at its grand size and engineering; and then reach our office. Attend a first day orientation of 2-3 hours in a very bright lit room(insulators for electricity ;Grasim Industries), then your boss orders lunch for everyone which conveniently comes packed in foils which keeps it fresh(Freshwrap) ,you eat your food and continue your first day of work.
In a matter of 5-6 hours you encountered so many brands of Aditya Birla Group, it doesn’t takes a keen eye to notice the impact of ABG in everyday lives of millions of Indians in visible or sometimes not so visible ways and they definitely know how to make it big.
PART-B How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far
“Eventually all the pieces fall into place, you just need to believe”
In today's fast-paced world, the ability to articulate oneself cogently is often linked to professional success. In middle school I was asked to give a speech in my morning assembly, the moment I went on stage I froze in fear by seeing the huge crowd in front of me, my palms got sweaty, heartbeat got faster and knees starting quivering. This was my first encounter with stage fear. One of the main problems that I faced with public speaking is remembering or constructing words in my head and delivering them accordingly. It is definitely much easier when all you had to do was to read from a piece of paper. But, definitely that is not the way to go in order to deliver an effective speech to an audience.
“Nothing is wasted every single moment is preparing you for the next”
Fear of speaking in front of public used to give me nightmares. Since that day I decided to practice each and every day. I used to prepare on various topics by jotting down everything I wanted to speak and used to rehearse in front of the mirror everyday with sheer determination.
As popular singer Taylor Swift says, “The only way to conquer stage fright is to get up on stage and play. Every time you play another show, it gets better and better”
Now I’m a highly confident person and motivated person. And public speaking became a cakewalk eventually.
