First impressions are lasting, and every company expects their staff to dress in a specific style. Dress codes are religiously followed, and are regarded as an important aspect of human appearance. What really counts is projecting a professional image. Corporate wears create a dress code that is professional and comfortable at the same time. Adopting a corporate dress code removes the intangible barriers between management and employee promoting co-operation and communication. Employees are able to identify themselves more with their company's objectives and values. Corporate dress codes make them unconsciously responsible for upholding the goals and values of the company ultimately resulting in a better performance, and enhanced results.

Van Heusen, an initiative of Madura Fashion & Lifestyle, a division of Aditya Birla Fashion and Lifestyle is India’s largest and fastest growing branded apparel companies and a premium lifestyle player in the retail sector. Today, Van Heusen has grown into a 24/7 lifestyle brand known not only for dress shirts but for both men’s and women’s dresswear, sportswear and accessories that stand out for their fit, fabric, finish and innovative fashion—at a fraction of the cost of luxury brands. Van Heusen has also emerged as a fashion authority: men and women now look to the brand for expert advice on what to wear, when to wear it and how to wear it.

I have just started my corporate journey and there couldn't be a better start. I revamped my entire wardrobe with Van Heusen and never felt more confident. It fills in such great pride that one is bound to perform well.

I had stage fright when I was in undergrad college and it was a big challenge for me to face people or lead them for that matter. I promised to myself and participated in every event that our college conducted. It helped me a great deal to gain confidence.
