The young minds of India look upto Aditya Birla Group for it being a ray of hope and optimism and impeccable will to succeed and every endeavour we march on. The Group has its head, Mr. Kumar Managalam Birla as driving the vision of this magnificent organisation and he is a great inspiration to the youth of today. He started his career at a very young age and proved that age is no bar for excellence. He broke all records in terms of market value, revenue and profit in the beginning of his professional career. Mr. Birla has raised the group’s turnover from $2 billion in 1995 to $44.3 billion today. He has made 36 acquisitions in 19 years in India and globally, which is the highest by an Indian multinational in India. It has not only inspired me but the kind of products that Birla group offers stands out in the market and has captured a place in Indian consumer’s heart. Be it clothing brands like pantaloons , van heusen ,Allen Solly , Luis Phillipe , peter England or ultra tech cement or simcards , Aditya Birla Group has it all covered for layman. Rather than going by one size fits all approach to set an benchmark , the Aditya birla group has changed the entire benchmark creation crieteria in its own terms.it has premium quality goods for every set of people and has already become a trend setter . It still has long way to go and youth has its eye to the upcoming brands in ABG.
Part B:
Mr.kumar Managalam Birla , As the brain behind the Aditya birla group , has touched many lives and also has become an inspiration and a legend in our life. Even having a tough blow from disturbed telecom sector it has managed to stay ahead of the lot in the telecom industry by doing a merger with Vodafone. This is a lesson for entire world to be ready of any challenges that crosses our life. And even if one is not ready to face the challenge they have to learn to overcome it on their own. By thinking out of the box and believing in their selves. Let me share one of the challenge I faced . in 2017 december I had my statistics exam scheduled on 8th december , the project submission on 6th December, and I was ill since December started and most importantly my real brother’s marriage functions on 7th and december but as the famous saying goes “ the show must go on ’’, I was so clueless as to how will I prioritise and do tradeoff between equally important things ? so I tried my best because I wanted to prove my self, I drank glucose , I studied and worked so hard that I can say for sure that was the hardest I have worked on anything in my entire life and it paid off . my project of statistic subject go full marks and nomination for top two projects of the year . I also presented it so well that my panel got so impressed they asked me to present the project in front of entire college and the director of our college. My exams also went well, I rushed to my brother’s marriage just after finishing exam for 7th and 8th December. I studied everything in prior, I pushed my limits , My legs were bleeding and I was weak but idid not take rest until it was done. And the function was also very well managed and enjoyed by me. All credit goes to the will power and wish to prove myself. This kind of inspiration comes from within. Just like Mr.Birla has proved himself in very young age , this incident in my life made me realise my true potential.
