- The participation of the Oil & Gas/Energy sector is significant in the one-year MBAs offered at the three campuses, particularly at IIM-C where it constitutes 26% of the batch.
- Apart from IIM-A (11%) consulting background does not have much representation in the executive program. One of the reasons is that consultants get a good promotion or exit option after spending 4 to 5 years in the industry.
- Professionals from Manufacturing and IT/ITES also form a major chunk of the Class of 2024 at these campuses.
