Founded in 1857, by Seth Shiv Narayan Birla, Aditya Birla Group is a multinational conglomerate operating in more than 35 countries providing wide range of products and services for almost every sector of society. Like everyone else, ABG holds a great position in my life. Starting from my first mobile phone sim to shopping at Pantaloon, experience with ABG has been awesome. Services provides by Idea was very good and will definitely be improving further with merger of Vodafone. Digital Banking service under the name Aditya Birla Idea Payments Bank Limited (ABPB) will definitely give ABG a leading edge in growing digital world. From buying all my daily goods and food items from More Market to all garments from Pantaloon, experience with ABG has been awesome. Also clothing from LouisPhilippe, Peter England and Van Heusen are worth buying. Garments from these brands is very good option for gifting to friends and family. Ultra Tech cement being one of the prime products is always preferred over others. ABG insurance policies under Birla Sun Life Insurance Co Ltd are well planned keeping in mind all the requirements of customer. Along with all this ABG has made great impact on society through their corporate social responsibility programs by setting up hospitals, medical centers, schools, etc.

Challenges are the part of life. It enhances our learning experience and help us in getting out of comfort zone. One of the many challenges that I have faced in my life was when I was working in a telecom company. Launching of JIO and shutting down of RCom was one the major reasons leading to economic imbalance during those years which force the company for doing some organisational restructuring leading to lots of layoffs and position movements. This led to instability in various teams and people started looking for alternative job roles. Soon our team was reduced to a work force of just 25% of what it was a year ago with management changing in every three to four months. Being new to the team, it was very difficult for me to adjust to this volatile working environment with rising pressure from customer. Also, since new management did not had much knowledge of project, I had to work differently with both management and customers. But as correctly sad, bad time is best learning period. What all challenges I faced during this time period, was a great learning experience. The time that I spend with all my managers and team lead helped me to think differently in practical scenario. From working in operations, I moved to integration and deployment and then to development within this time period. Also, I got Certificate of Recognition from the customer for the work that I did. Had I not faced these challenges, I would not have learned so much at such a small span of time.
