The dream of every Indian should always be "Taking India to the world". But how can we do that?? Aditya Birla group has proved that this even being a difficult task is possible. The company has operations in 35 countries. It is rightly said, "An IDEA can change your life". The startup ecosystem has taken a huge chunk of the Indian economy in the current scenario. All you need is an idea. I have always aspired to be an entrepreneur. Was I motivated by someone?? Can having a home of your own be a motivation?? A home with walls having the strength of UltraTech Cement. "Build Beautiful" and " Build Strong" these phrases are my motivation. But the question still remains, Can I achieve my goal. I believe everyone who has the right intent can achieve his goal. Even a boy like me from a town called Meerut. My father has retired from his services and now it is my job to carry on the family legacy. The load has never been this tempting. Like a typical Indian boy, I also went for Engineering. Four years of rigorous hard work landed me in a wonderful job at Deloitte. It was the first time I was introduced to the Business Attire range of Peter England. I was spellbound looking at the collection. Thank God I had Birla Life Insurance otherwise it would definitely have been a heart attack. Even after being on a job I felt a tinge of emptiness. I still had not achieved what I actually desired. The fact that I am the sole earning member of the house always haunted me. But I had to leave it all. That’s the only way to take me out of my comfort zone. I prepared hard and finally converted a good Business school. The toughest challenge now awaits me. Am I ready to give up my land of comfort and my job to take a step forward towards becoming what I aspire? Even the fact that B schools require significant upfront fee was a challenge in itself. Birla Group came to my rescue once again. I was nervous but my parents were the real support. They want me to be the face of the company. They understand that I don’t want to be the one working on the backend rather someone who leads from the front. Now it is final, I will take this step. I know there are more hardships ahead waiting but if life does not have hardships then there is no motive to live for. I want to have my own company reaching the heights of the infinity with a small motive in my heart. Take India forward along with myself. Only then my true objective will be achieved.
