Challenges are part and parcel of an individuals life and I am no stranger to challenges. Challenges came early in my life where I was born prematurely and was put in an incubator with doctors giving me little hope of survival. With God’s mercy and grace I came out of the incubator to this challenging world.
My first big challenge in life was centered around the demise of my grandmother. The timing of her untimely demise during third semester exams of engineering made me take a responsibility in my family during this period. This period also taught me the art of time management and concentration as I had to manage studies along with engaging in the family.
My second challenge that I faced was during my stint with Infosys limited where I was working for a leading telecommunications client as a network design engineer. It was informed that the Program director of the client was visiting the offshore team at a very short notice. I was tasked to come with a new automation initiative . This task made me act as the liaison member between the design team and the automation team to bring out the automation tool. This challenge enabled me to learn the art of collaborating with people and also given me the skill of managing a project.
My MBA journey is filled with challenges daily. This totally unpredictable roller coaster journey has taught me to face any situation with a bold face.
