I am very closely associated with Aditya Birla Group since long. I am very much fond of one of its subsidiaries, a retail store brand - MORE. Along with that, I have used Idea SIM from Idea Cellular Ltd in my entire graduation life. It’s cheap calling rates along with good network service and other promo offers in Kolkata region has helped me to stay connected with friends and family at an affordable rate, which also helped me to maintain my tight budget during my under graduation.
I found MORE to be a one-stop store where I can get all my needs ranging from groceries to vegetables to skincare products and other cosmetics necessary in day to day life. I found the quality of goods excellent at a reasonable rate which separates it from the other retail store. Moreover, a wide diversity of products available under one umbrella mesmerizes me to visit MORE retail store. Good and polite behavior of the staffs and the home delivery option is like icing on the cake. Recently I found that MORE has stopped providing plastic bags and was urging customers to use jute bags which is very much appreciable. I am so fond of MORE that I bought all my requisite from MORE Kolkata before coming down to Raipur as I knew that this is the only store where I can find all my needs and I don’t need to visit any other store, Thank you so much MORE-Aditya Birla Group for making my shopping easier.
My philosophy in life is – "Don't be scared, I can do it, but do it wholeheartedly and accept the result (Success or failure) with a smile".
I think before I do, and not after I do. I take time to make decisions, but once decided I don’t look back. While taking decisions, I don’t let the emotional half of my mind to act on me taking decisions. I think only logically to take decisions.
I welcome challenges with open hands as they don’t scare me. I know very well that there can be two outcomes – Success or Failure, and I have a big heart to accept any of the two with a smile. If I succeed, I will be happy and if I fail, I will learn a lesson at least, in short, I am not scared of failures, neither in accepting challenges nor during the process and this helps me in doing any challenge confidently.
For an instance, I was very much eager to learn equity trading and although the virtual apps were helpful, I realized that I need to play in real grounds with real money to gain knowledge for trading and even to connect to people who can help and guide me. I knew that I may lose a good amount of money, but this fear did not stop me from taking my decision to go for trading. And the fear became reality, I was losing money, but I was learning through my mistakes, met and made quality networking with some of the people working in that particular brokerage firm where I opened my account. Although I lost some money, I accepted it and compensated the same by reducing my expenses (I stopped going to restaurants and going for weekend party’s) for a couple of months. I was ready to accept this and that is the sacrifice I was ready for, which led my entrance to equity trading.
