What makes a B-school experience a full-fledged one! Is it just the academics and the placements you receive at the end of it? Probably not! At SDA Bocconi Asia Center, students go through a multitude of other things through which the institute prepares them for a fruitful corporate career. One of them is the incorporation of Career Development Services, a body that works actively with the placement committee to train, advise, and connect students to corporates for overall capability building and corporate relations. In this episode, we spoke to some of the students who got placed in marquee companies through the help of CDS and tried to understand how it operates from the management team.

Samiksha cracked ABInBev and Kannan went into working with Deloitte after having an internship with them. They mention the help and support they have received from CDS and how it transformed them during the course. Akshay Biyani, current student of SDA Bocconi Asia Center and head of the Placement committee also informed about the importance of being part of such a committee and how it works alongside CDS to ensure a better placement prospect for the students.
The CDS doesn’t just help in getting an internship opportunity for the students, but also takes feedback from the company and works on students to achieve better results.
