Our journey is always a perfect combination of struggles and happiness. We can understand the importance of light only when you are aware of darkness. More often than not a failure teaches you an important lesson which none can do.
I would like to describe one unfortunate incident which has happened in my life. The tragedy hit me so hard that I couldn’t enjoy a beautiful spring of my life. I was around 14 years old. I was like fully energetic teenager enjoying the charm of school days. Moreover, I had a bunch of more energetic friends with whom I used to do all kinds sorts which I obviously don’t want to disclose. I was a ‘Juggad’ type Indian footballer and we used to play during afternoon. Though I don’t remember the exact date, I can still recall that everything was perfectly normal and a tragedy was going to hit me. I was running after the ball and was about to release it through an overhead pass. One of my friends, who had been playing in opposition team, was also running towards me to take the position. As you know all those things use to happen so quickly that you couldn’t avoid. It was a BANG!! His spike (boots) thrashed my left hand side of my face. He was the guy who suffered even lot more than me. Apart from the external injuries my inner ear was badly injured. As we all know semi circular ducts which contain fluid has an important role to maintain balance. I was suffering from a balance disorder. I was not able to walk properly and was forced to lie down on bed for 6 months. It is really impossible to describe those days here as it was like I hadn’t been part of the world.
But one thing for sure, it has made me stronger.
