ABG is a known name for practically every Indian in some form or the other, my association with ABG is in a different way. A relative works in ABG in Mumbai as a chemical engineer and since childhood I have seen him go abroad for work, earn well and have a good work life balance. Now being in a B-School and having worked in an IT firm ABG is the dream company for me.
I had encountered Aditya Birla group has always stood there like a big giant protecting its people. So I Google a few articles about this company and it got me excited, not because of how big they are but because they have 150+ years of existence as a company and they had never stopped investing to learning and development of its employees during good or bad times which has always been their core strength on developing the best.
