I have always tried to learn from my mistakes and I aim to improve myself from those experiences. My father is a Readymade Garments Wholesaler and also has seasonal business of raincoats and umbrellas during monsoon. I have been helping my father in his business since my high school days and during that time I gained a lot of experience of how challenging risky business can be.
One of my biggest accomplishment is that I was able to increase the sales of my father’s business by leaps and bounds. I travelled to the surrounding regions of my hometown, did detailed research and picked some retailers from every town. We persuaded them by showing them our sample products and their which further encouraged them to visit our shop which eventually help us increase our customer base and our revenues increased.
Managing my father’s business, my academics and also my cat preparation was not easy but all this honed my time management skills. My ambition is life was to expand my father’s business for which MBA will be a stepping stone but at the same time my father needed me. Business volatility is something a good business should be aware of hence to tackle dynamic business environment pursuing MBA was a must do option for me. In the past three years we overcome this challenge I made my younger brother competent to help my father as well as hired an accountant and manager to do other chores. Post my MBA I wish to expand our business to Madhya Pradesh and chattishgarh.
