I have been living in Lucknow for the past eighteen years and Initially we did not have huge brands at such affordable process to shop from. But few years back, a lot of fashion retail stores have come up in the city and have changed the consumer buying behavior. I still remember the day pantaloons opened its first store in our city and I went with my family to check it out. Since that day there never has been a time that we don’t visit Pantaloons if we plan to shop. The best thing about Pantaloons is the equal attention it gives to all categories and which makes it loved by the whole family. There is something to look forward to for each member of the family. The store is always full of a lot of variety, discounts and new designs for each product.  Also, it has started taking a detailed feedback from the customers while at the payment window which is really nice and helpful for them to keep performing well and keeping our needs satisfied. The feedback form is not a pen paper thing but in a digital format which has an innovative and creative forms of asking.

B. Though I feel very lucky and fortunate to be born in a family that has always treated all genders equally and have given me all educational opportunities. Still there has been instances that I had to stand against my parents to go forward and achieve things that I have planned for my myself. My father wanted me to take up science for my further studies, but I knew that commerce is what I wanted to go forward with and there was this huge quarrel between me and my father. But I stuck to my decision since it was something relating to my career and I am not someone who gives up on her dreams. Eventually he agreed to it and all went well. Same happened when I planned to do my graduation from outside Lucknow. Eventually I did join Shri Ram College of Commerce and fulfilled my two-year dream. Then after I graduated, I was offered job by Deloitte and my father was completely against me joining. He wanted me to first complete my studies, but I really wanted to learn from this opportunity and thus eventually I convinced them and joined Deloitte. I am might have taken wrong decisions in my life but I am happy that those were mine and have taught me a great deal about myself.
