In my teenagers, I started using a mobile phone. With a mobile phone comes a SIM card and in those days there were leading companies like Airtel, Hutch, BSNL and IDEA!. At one end, BSNL had all the great plans for students, its services were not up to the mark, and I was searching for a network which was stable and with large customer base as that it directly related to quality of the product. One turns to his family for suggestions when one is inexperienced in a field and that is what I did. My sister was using IDEA! through a plan which was exclusive for her medical college and she had given another SIM card to my mother as the calling was free between the two. Looking at it, I chose to go with IDEA! and I don’t regret this decision till date.
With one of the biggest networks, services of IDEA! were always up to the mark. During the emerging era of cell phone internet, IDEA! has always given me services as per my requirements. I still remember many incidents wherein my friends, of course using services of other companies, were struggling to get network even for calling, I used to surf uninterrupted internet service. There was a specific case when we had to submit the assignments online during my engineering days. And due to congestion, all other networks got jammed but not IDEA! Be it bad weather, heavy rains, floods IDEA! is always there for your support. That is reason I have also installed IDEA! wireless broadband services in my home. Now IDEA! not just connects our cell phones but our PCs and Laptops as well.
There are very few things which stay by your side all your life. I’m sure IDEA! will be one of these things. I’m sure it will adopt all the technological advancements in the future. I’m sure it’ll sustain all the market changes. I’m sure I’ll have IDEA! by my side as and when required all my life.
