| Why Aditya Birla group is big in your life? Aditya Birla group has many brands that touch lives of Indian customers daily sometimes even without customer realising it. However, here I would like to talk about one brand of Aditya Birla that impacts me the most and also impacts the lives of millions of people around the world daily. That brand is IDEA. I have found it to be most reliable brand in terms of customer service as well as network coverage. There have hardly been any occasions when the connectivity was not available on my idea occasion. However, this the company perception from layman perspective. Being MBA student I did some research and found that after merger of IDEA and Vodafone the joint entity together has highest network coverage, is present in most number of circles and has highest subscriber base across country. So, statistics also supports the fact that my choice of IDEA as my cellular service provider is indeed the correct choice and that is just one of the instances where one of the brands of Aditya Group impacts my life. This makes the Aditya Birla a trusted brand across Indian families and by extension this also applies to my family where Aditya Birla is THE TRUSTED BRAND. How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far? Life gives you opportunities which are, more often than not, masked as challenges. If you have the right attitude towards them then these challenges-cum-opportunities can become the stepping stones towards your success. This attitude (or perception as some people might call it) has really made a lot of difference in my life and has helped me to overcome a lot of challenges. |
