In a human life cycle, everyone uses those products which help life easier. Here I will focus on Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail which has created a spectacular change in Brand appealing and retail chain in India. The house brands of ABG are Louis Philippe, Allen Solly, Van Heusen, Peter England which provides classic, casual, formal dressing sense in Indian people. Focusing more on Men’s clothing segment all the above brands are created its own image by Product differentiation, Trends, Price range, Quality product there in Indian as well as International market. Different outlets in wide range locations have made the brands to reach most of the people in India. As per my personal opinion, it has the power of customer retention and brand loyalty through their features and varieties as compared to its competitors.

Talking about its retail chain Pantaloons (which has introduced in 2001) and Planet fashion, more than one hundred and fifty retail stores across one hundred cities. Competing with the price, quality, Brands, offers, and services it has established its own brand internationally with 1,500 premium multi-brand shops along with 320+ departmental shops worldwide. Now Pantaloons has also entered into the online e-commerce market and providing its best service over the online platform.

My Story, IIM Raipur

In certain points of life, it gives you the choices and you have to choose it. And the most difficult thing is deciding your option with respect to the right place and time and situation. I had faced the exact same situation two years back when I was graduating.

My name is Udit Sagar and I would like to share you about my experience. In 2017 I was in a final year studying my B.Sc. in Geology subject at Sambalpur University. After passing out from the college everyone my collogues were going to pursue their M.Sc. in that particular subject for their higher studies. At that point, my confusion started popping out from my mind. I had two choices, going for M.Sc. degree or doing a professional course of MBA (everyone knows why MBA!). I started avoiding people and thinking about it. Finally, after consulting with various people I that background, collogues and my parents I decided to pursue my MBA degree. Fortunately, I converted the Indian Institute of Management Raipur. Initially, it was very hard for me thinking about the course curriculum and institute culture of Raipur as from a diverse background (Geology) and no work experience. Handling this situation was very hard and to cope-up with this, I started networking with the batch and shared my experience with them. The best thing was that soon I started involving with the institute with the help of my batchment, seniors and the faculties as well. Now I am continuing my second year in this institute. I have learnt a lot and developed skills, abilities from the institute and my experiences throughout my entire life which helped me to stand by myself and I am sure that it will help me in future too.
