How I overcame the biggest challenge of my life:
"If you can find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn't lead anywhere"
It is probably safe to say that every goal we set comes with an array of landmines. If we're able to figure out how to successfully manoeuvre through these landmines, that's when an improbable goal becomes deep-rooted part of our reality.
Throughout my life I have faced different obstacles and challenges of all different types. I believe that no one can help you better than yourself. We can either cry about the situation or accept it and work towards it. Coming from a middle-class family, I knew that I have to work hard to achieve my goals. During my under-graduation time, my father’s financial conditions were not good. I badly wanted to help him but I didn’t have any job that moment. So, I started earning for myself by going and taking home tuition for school students to cut down my daily expenses. The main idea behind it was to reduce the burden of my father’s financial responsibilities and not to be totally dependent on him. It was a tough period as I had to manage both my studies and tuition work. This experience taught me the real value of hard-earned money and how life can throw a curveball anytime.
It is true when people say that there are thousands of motivations around us, we just need to find one. "The Pursuit of Happyness", a movie which motivated me to never stop trying, "If you want something, go get it. PERIOD".
