Aditya Birla Group is one of the first names that comes to one's mind when they think of Indian Conglomerates that have made it large in the entire world. ABG spans a total of 34 countries and employs 1,20,000 employees. This group hasn’t just made it large in the world, but has touched many lives including mine.
Being in a B school away from your family can be depressing in such a pressure cooker situation but thanks to Vodafone 4G services one can be in touch with their family and share day to day proceedings which can provide a soothing effect to individual.
In a B-school, formals are an integral part of proper dressing and Allen Solly have come into savior for me. The size and pattern available helps one to dress smartly which can provide confidence to the candidates.Right from the interview process to the college attire Allen Solly has proved to be of great help.
Aditya Birla Group has also had a role in keeping my food hygienic and fresh for almost 15 years. The Freshwrapp product after serving its purpose of keeping my food fresh, also served as a cricket ball with which my classmates and I share the fondest memories
The Aditya Birla Group also indirectly impacts my life by taking measures to improve our society and country and making it a better place for all of us to live. Its CSR initiatives in Healthcare, Education, Livelihood, Infrastructure and its endeavour in making model villages is indeed making our society better. The Group is also acting responsible towards its actions which will impact the future generations and has thus rightly taken Sustainability into account.
This is how Aditya Birla Group is big in my life.
Part B
In my schooling days, I had this dream of making my career in fashion field. What people thought of it was that I wanted to become a fashion designer but that was not right. I knew designing was not for me, my bad art being a major reason. So I researched on it, looked for colleges and courses, tried sources from fashion field.
To my surprise, I got to know about the course called fashion technology which dealt with apparel production. The course instantly clicked me and I was sure I that I would pursue it but the challenge was only NIFTs had this course. Now my target was cracking NIFT.
I looked out for coaching for NIFT and along with preparing for boards, I prepared for the entrance examination. Lunch breaks in school became my practice time for NIFT questions. Seeing my friends hanging out and having fun while I practice the questions was not easy but I had to do it.
End result- NIFT, Delhi cracked.
