Aditya Birla group (ABG) is an Indian multinational conglomerate operated in 35 countries not only touches millions in the world but also in every stages of my life. I can still recall those days when I was using my first mobile phone Lg kp 220 (2008 model) with Idea sim. There was no concept of nano or micro sim in those days. The Idea sim which comes with big size catalogues and all captured my attention. From 2008 onwards I am using Idea sim as my primary one because they can provide best services and satisfies my needs in holistic manner.
Another notable impact ABG does to my life and family is through the grand opening of MORE supermarket in our locality. Previously my father always depends on city markets for purchasing commodities. But now he can able to get most commodities in a single nutshell near to home. This initiative by ABG impacted the lives and consumer buying behavior of people in rural markets.
After my graduation I joined an architecture hardware company as area sales manager. There I used to visit many construction sites for giving technical installation support or sales negotiations with architects and engineers. The Ultratech cement one of the subsidiary of ABG got placed in everyone’s heart. The quality of cement is too good so that architects and engineers are preferring Ultratech over other brands. So in many construction sites it was the engineer’s choice.
I strongly believe that ABG has become a global conglomerate with clear focus on each of their business and deliver superior values to customers. These values drives the customers to follow ABG goods and services.
