Part A
Aditya Birla group has a deep impact on my life in many ways. Starting from around 20 years back, my father was the distributor of Kamal Cement, which was manufactured by Aditya Birla Group. Nowadays I am connected towards Aditya Birla Group because of its fashion and retail chain ‘Pantaloons’. Pantaloons is my favorite place for shopping clothes. Especially I like Peter England brand and buy clothes from Pantaloons. Apart from that ABG’s contribution to India’s GDP is significant. It is the third largest multinational conglomerate of India.
I am very much interested in the retail chain business. So looking from that point of view, in India Aditya Birla Group would my first choice to work with. Due to all these reasons, the Aditya Birla group is important for me and has a great impact on my like.
Part B
Whenever I find any difficulty or confusion, I always start to analyze the situation and try to visualize and analyze the different possible outcomes out of a particular situation. I keep myself calm and composed during a pressure situation. I consult others whenever I need different views from others. But during making a decision, I use my own critical thinking skills and evaluate all the alternatives. Sometimes consulting others make me in a more confused state. In this particular situation, I try to go by the logic and follow the most logical and practical steps which make some sense.
Procrastination has always been my weakness. So nowadays I have adopted a new strategy to give priority to the situation where I find myself more uncomfortable and less enthusiastic. By doing so I hope that I would be able to avoid the problems and if I meet any problems, I would be able to solve them more efficiently.
