The noun ‘Aditya Birla Group’ implies inclusiveness due to the collection of services and products that are customer-centric in every manner. It rings the bell to every other person because of the pan India presence and numerous product availability.  The first thing that comes to my mind is the MORE supermarket, where one can find the essentials for every age group. In my case, MORE is a place that is to be visited as a ritual rather than a chore for the month. Whenever I visit MORE, it is not only about the purchase of a product but the purchase experience which is at its best.

One other brand that promotes a holistic approach towards customer satisfaction is Ultratech Cement by setting up Ultratech building solutions and Kutumb scheme offered to the contractors and builders. The childhood dream of my father and my family as a whole was to own a house, as we used the Ultratech Cement to build the house, it is a secured home because of the strength that is offered by the Ultratech Cement. Our dream is not only fulfilled but amplified by the Ultratech.

Any festival, event, traditional gathering and special occasions are essential places for a girl to dress gracefully. Pantaloons support to present me perfectly and confidently in all the occasions. Pantaloons offer a wide range of products that caters customers for all the special occasions. Peter England is another clothing brand that I can associate with. One always wants to give the best present to parents; Peter England helps me to find the best for my Father.

In this fast-paced world, a smartphone is one of the essentials a person must possess.  'Idea-Vodafone’ is a brand that gets these smartphones working by offering strong connectivity. My Father has been using Idea from the past 11 years, I observed that the connectivity is present at all the places. After the merger of Vodafone and Idea, the experience has been enhanced to a great extent.

The presence of the Aditya Birla Group in the lives is magnificent. It touches upon the nook and corner of the country.

A CHALLENGE I FACED AND THE LESSON I LEARNT

Challenges are faced by the entire world to survive and succeed. Almost 60% to 70% of one’s life is occupied with challenges that are thrown at you out of the blue. One such challenge I faced at the early age of 9th grade is balancing studies with extra-curricular activities. Being an NCC cadet, it is expected that there would be heavy physical tasks and one must reach that expectation irrespective of the gender.

Representing a whole region in the Nationals is a valuable opportunity for any student. Such an opportunity knocked my door in the form of Thal Sainik camp of NCC where I was hit with various unfamiliar physical tasks. The biggest issue was to excel in the skill that I was learning for the first time, which is Rifle shooting. The heaviness of the Army rifles physically tired me and I was devoid of having healthy home-cooked food.

The participation in the TSC helped me to overcome hesitation as the training essentially involved interaction among participants from various parts of the country, the tasks I faced were leaving me physically drained at the end of the day. My concentration from the studies drifted as I could not attend classes regularly and understand the concepts. The half-yearly examination marks made me realize that the process of returning to studies needed help. Here my parents, teachers, and friends facilitated me throughout the process of preparation for the final exams by way of providing materials and explaining concepts actively.

The effort I placed and support extended by my well-wishers helped me to get through the exams with a decent 85 percentage. This incident also taught me to be a good planner for the accomplishment of life goals in the present as well as the future. The management of studies and extracurricular activities I learned are helping me today in my MBA life.
