A.) Aditya Birla contribution in my Life—
Prior joining MBA Programme from NMIMS , Banglore , I was working with Broadcom and Wipro Technologies . I have worked with several reputed and renowned firms who are acclaimed worldwide like Qatar Airways, Broadcom and Latum Airlines.
So what i have learnt from my professional experience is that "TRUST" And "QUALITY" are the most important attributes that needs to be maintain between a Customer and a Company. These attributes can't be developed or achieved in a short span , this required a long time dedicated efforts to establish such rapport and relationship. It requires constant perseverance and dedicated effort. Looking closely at the big Indian conglomerate’s list the first name which strikes at my mind of assured Quality and Trust is Aditya Birla. Aditya Birla group has spanned its influence in 35 countries employing more than 1.2 lakhs worldwide serving nations since 1857.
Everyone know about Aditya Birla , how big it is - the impact they have not just in India but all over the world. It's because of the trust , the assurance,the quality they have maintained with the customers. Its a conglomerate which offers lot of products be it in clothing sector , cement sector , telecom sector , banking, chemicals etc. They have maintain their footprints mostly in all sector and that's why it is one of the top global conglomerate in the world.
My association with the Aditya Birla group takes me back when I was under 10 years. I was a student then. This is the age when parents focus on the all-round development of a child. A portion of healthy food is a must for a child. This is the context when Aditya Birla comes into my life and began an integral part. Super wrap aluminium foils ensured that my lunch is warm and fresh enough to be consumed. Idea Telecommunication which everyone know the popularity of it until it was merged and collaborated with Vodafone. So i can proudly say Telecom association with Aditya has proved instrumental in my success as it is the network which I can trust anytime, anywhere.
I am a fashion freak and a frequent buyer , so Aditya Birla stood for me in that department also. I am a big fan of brands like Allen Solley , Peter England , pantaloons , VanHeusen . The next association with them was during my farewell party in my company in which a Peter England suit won me Excellent Convent award. This event really changed my life entirely and made me a better person.
Last but not the least , Aditya Birla's mutual funds which are managed by top 5 fund managers in India are one of the best mutual funds in India. I have a diversified portfolio of mutual funds with 50% of the portfolio funds are invested in Aditya Birla. This is the trust and bonding i have with them.
This is how big, Aditya Birla Group is, is an essential part of my daily life and i wish i can maintain that same bond with them forever.
B.) Overcame challenges to achieve ambitions in life:
What I have learnt in my 25 years of life is that life is full of risk and it’s totally unpredictable. There will be ups and downs in our life and it’s our attitude that defines us in our hard times . We all have ambitions in our life and we always work very hard to strive at it but many times we struck in between because of our attitude, low will power , lack of confidence and other certain factors.
It happened with me also . When I was giving my 12 boards , at that time two mishaps happened with me . My grandmother expired and after 2 days my uncle also expired . It was a very disturbing and emotional phase for me . I was heart broken because I lost two of my beloved people of my life . But my parents constant motivation and continuous support provided me enough will power to become strong at that time and I gave my boards very well and this is how I overcame some personal and emotional challenges of life and indeed in the process I have learnt to enjoy every moment of life .
