ISB's Final Placements report for 2019 has been released! The Indian School of Business has had an excellent placements season in 2019, reaching an all-time high average salary for the PGP batch. The Class of 2019 also received over thirteen hundred offers across both the Hyderabad and Mohali campuses, and top recruiters on campus included the likes of McKinsey & Co., BCG, Google, Unilever, Amazon, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, and JP Morgan Chase & Co. amongst others. ISB Final Placements 2019 - Important Highlights
Note - The following salary figures for the PGP batch of 2019 are in the mid-80th percentile range.
- The average CTC stood at INR 24.36 lakhs per annum - an 11% increase from the previous year.
- The median CTC stood at INR 24.03 lakhs per annum - a 9% increase from the previous year.
- The Class of 2019 received a total of 1309 offers - a 15% increase from the previous year. This has been the highest number of offers that ISB's PGP batch has received in the past five years.
- A total of 373 companies registered for the final placements process at ISB, including over 80 new recruiters.
- The number of offers per student increased from 1.29 to 1.48.
- Consulting was the most sought-after domain at ISB in 2019, with 25% of the total number of offers for Consulting roles. General Management was the next most popular domain, with 15% of the total offers for Gen Man roles, followed by 15% of offers for Product Management roles.
- Most of the offers came from the Consulting industry (23%), followed by IT/ITES (19%), BFSI (10%) and E-Commerce (10%).
