JBIMS Mumbai has successfully completed its Final Placements for the MMS Class of 2019! Top brands on campus included McKinsey & Company, the Boston Consulting Group, Goldman Sachs, and J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. amongst others. The median compensation for the MMS batch of 2017-2019 saw an increase of nearly 18% as compared to last year.
Highlights of The JBIMS Mumbai Final Placements 2019
- The highest CTC stood at Rs. 32.30 lakhs p.a., an increase of 8% compared to the previous year.
- The median CTC stood at Rs. 20.00 lakhs p.a., an increase of nearly 18% compared to the previous year.
- The average CTC stood at Rs. 20.13 lakhs p.a., an increase of 6% as compared to the previous year.
- The average CTC for the Top-10% stood at Rs. 28.96 lakhs p.a., an increase of 14.1% compared to the previous year.
- The average CTC for the Top-30% stood at Rs. 26.40 lakhs p.a., an increase of 21.7% compared to the previous year.
- 20 new recruiters participated in the Final Placements process at JBIMS Mumbai.
- Top brands on campus included McKinsey & Company, the Boston Consulting Group, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., ICICI Bank, Hindustan Unilever, Godrej Consumer Products, Mahindra Group, TATA Group, and Reliance Industries Limited amongst others.
- A whopping 41% of the batch opted for roles in the BFSI sector, a slight decline compared to 43% of the Class of 2018 that opted for roles in the sector.
- After BFSI, the Technology sector was the most sought-after, with 19% of the MMS batch of 2017-2019 opting for roles in this sector.
