“Life is all about lows and highs like a sound wave. You will be bored hearing a tune with a single note. Modulations makes the tune beautiful; ups and downs make our life crazy.”

Rightly stated, life cannot go on smoothly for much long. There are times when we have to be in a hard phase of life for which we don’t want to be a part of. Most of the part in my life was trouble free but there is part where I was in a situation to follow my heart for pursuing MBA or to agree with my parents and do some distance MBA. Prior to MBA, I was working in Royal Bank of Scotland as a Customer services and Business Analyst. My job was started right after my under-graduation as it was a campus recruitment. I started working to gain some practical experience before entering into post-graduation. After working for 15 months, I planned to resign and start preparing for B-school entrance exams. My parents were never in a favor of me quitting the job. They wished me to go for distance MBA along with my job. I have to convince both my parents which was not a cup of tee for me. After number of arguments and discussions over number of weeks, I failed to convince them. My decision was final and I gave resignation on the very next day but I decided to not share it with my parents. After two days I told my mother and convinced her anyhow to accept my decision. My father stopped talking to me for one week when he got to know it from my mother. Finally, everything was settled within few days and now they are all good with me pursuing MBA. They also accompanied me from Delhi to Tapmi.
