There is no doubt in saying that “Aditya Birla Group is big in my life”. After I wake up, I cannot imagine a single day in this modern world without my gadgets. From mobile phone to laptop to smart watch, everything needs electricity.  Copper being the critical component in gadgets and electrical transmission systems provides ease of living. Aditya Birla’s copper manufacturing produce million tons of copper to act as a lifeline to the world. After electricity, the network connectivity comes into play, Vodafone-Idea merger has given a revolutionary product to India by providing a seamless, 24*7 high speed data to help us keep running and connected.

Being in a management school, I am supposed to look stylish yet formal to interact with the professionals visiting my college. Allen Solly gives me the panache and confidence to deliver my 100% throughout the day. Handpicked shirts by Allen Solly from Pantaloon provides me total comfort even in the scorching Delhi’s summer. As I am a price sensitive customer, I always look for reasonable prices provided by Pantaloons. I mostly commute via public transport only which runs on the tyre’s containing Carbon black made by the Aditya Birla Group.

Canned beverage drinks are essential to youth because of the ease of use, portability and ease of availability. Aluminium can industry has played a major role in transforming the food and drink industry. Aluminium can be recycled as opposed to plastic so Hindalco has given a helping hand to the environment by supplying superior quality aluminium cans throughout the globe.

As I head back to Finance class, my professor reminds me of the potential that India has and encourages us students to invest in the capital markets through mutual funds for long term wealth generation. I was glad to know that Aditya Birla Capital limited has undertaken this ominous task of wealth creation through its mutual funds.

Thus, Aditya Birla Group is truly big in my life touching areas such as connectivity, making lives easy, financial future and inclusion and lifestyle solutions.

One thing is very evident that challenges acts as milestones in the journey of life and whether you succeed or fail but you get to learn a lot from them which makes you a better person.

One of the biggest challenges came across my life was just before my 12th board exams, I met with an accident in which my left arm was badly injured and I had to undergo a surgery. I was in severe pain, so once I lost hope that I would not be able to clear board exams which is considered as the stepping stone of one’s career but my friends and family supported me to not give up, I did the same and, in the end, I passed my exams with good results.

The other one was an emotional challenge rather than a physical challenge. On the day of CAT exam, my mom received a call from my grandfather saying that my grandmother passed away. I was very close to my grandmother and I badly wanted to see her the last time. On the other hand, was my 1-year preparation for MBA which was stopping me to go. I had to make a decision between meeting my grandmother for the last rituals or to take the exam.  I believe that was one of the hardest decisions for me and in the end, I decided to take the exam as my grandmother wanted me to a part of premier B-school. I strongly believe it was her blessings that I got a chance to be a part of IMI.
