Life starts with struggle

I want to start with the quote written above it really helped me to overcome failures in my life and motivated me to keep sailing in the sea of adversity. As being a defense brat, I have faced challenges like changing locations and schools in every 3-4 years. It’s just that whenever you start feeling comfortable with your school, friends, and the city its time to move to a new city. So that became a part of my life, complaining was not an option but problem started increasing when I was in class 11th I have to for coaching classes 20km away from our campus so I learned one thing that to achieve my target I have to keep myself motivated and only because of that I was able to manage it. After I moved to a new city in class 12th that was one of the toughest phases in life at that time, I have to go for coaching classes far from home and then coming back late in the night and after that, I have to give at least 2 hours for self-study. That period of my life taught me how to manage my time effectively and also setting priorities in life.
After all of this, I went to Delhi to prepare for the engineering entrance examination, that was the first time when I was far away from home, no one to check up on you. So, I couldn’t focus completely on my goal and when I was not able to crack entrance exam it was quite depressing and demotivating that was the first encounter of mine with what we call a failure but at that moment of my life, I realized the importance of family and friends in life. They are one who motivated me and let me understand that failures are part and parcel of your life and until and unless you don’t face failures you won’t be able to enjoy your success. There is a saying “Smooth roads don’t lead to breath-taking views!”. As I was riding on these rough roads, I started my journey of engineering doing all the hard work utilizing each and every opportunity college was providing and finally got one of the highest placement in my class. This was the moment when I can say I tasted the first bit of success. So I started my job and started preparing for CAT at this point of time I started managing my time efficiently because I have to meet my sales targets through cold calling and at that point of time failures were like one the best friends of mine because if call at least 40-50 only 4-5 people show interest so one can understand that I was dealing with failures on daily basis but still I was losing hope neither in job nor in preparation for CAT all I was able to manage this was because I was able to prioritize small things in life.
Finally, all of this went for 6 months and when the results were out, I was able to get calls from some of the best colleges across the country and also one call from tier-1 college like XLRI. it was again that hard work, dedication and one of the most important things is self-motivated. After this, I gifted a holiday to myself and started working for interviews.
Everything that I learned during all of this is that:
- 11) Realize that nothing worthwhile will come easy.
- 2) Ignore the negativity and look forward to optimistic people in your life.
- 3) Use your failures for the learning experience.
- 4) Take challenges as head-on.

Aditya Birla group is an Indian multinational conglomerate with revenue of US$44.3 billion is in the league of fortune 500. The Group’s businesses are spread across a swath of industries. So, it’s quite impossible for every Indian to be left out without using its product. If I go sector by sector it would be easy for me to write down how big is Aditya Birla group in life.
Let’s start by the telecom sector, they create one of the best ads to promote their cellular network, I was influenced by it. Even the first cellular network that I used was of idea and the service it offered me was of a great experience. Now if I talk about the apparel industry its brand is one of the most valued and well known in the market. I have used clothes from Peter England, Louis Philippe which really offers the quality they promise and the best part about the product is the fitting they offer.
They also have fashion retails where one can look for the type of clothes and also, they have great footfall so one can imagine that no Indian is left untouched by them in the fashion industry.
Now I if talk about cement industry they have a brand called UltraTech India’s no.1 cement brand also we have just completed construction of our house and we did survey in the market and found UltraTech the best choice available in the market and the main aspect we were looking for was to have a solid foundation for the house and strength for the base.
These are some of the products I can say that has played a major role in my life and also will be looking forward to avail services of the other sectors also.
Even before the independence the Birla group has been known for raising public consciousness towards the betterment of India, their contribution is social upliftment have always motivated me and nudged me to give my bit to the society.
